It is in a wonderful location directly on the lake. We had a superb room with a 180 degree view of the water. The hosts were fantastic and very welcoming with great service and enchanting humor about their experiences. We live in Oregon and are definitely considering returning. It was a 5 star experience all the way around.

We selected a room with full window wall view of the lake, truly spectacular, I could sit and watch the water, birds and squirrels all day. We had deer in the evening, stars at night. Gary and Sandra are amazing hosts that provide a spectacular breakfast. Truly outstanding in every way. Gary shared contact information for a boat rental nearby for an amazing day of lake exploration. Thank you so much for your gracious hospitality, we hope that our travels bring us back!

Love Gary and Sandra’s hospitality. They treat you like you’re a friend spending some time with them. The home is welcoming and so clean! Beds are comfortable, and Sandra’s cooking is 5-star! Lovely and peaceful get away.

We had an amazing stay at Leech Lake, Gary and Sandra are amazing hosts. Breakfasts were all amazing, my favorite was the wild rice and sausage quiche. Gary is very good at helping you plan your day should you require assistance doing so. He is able to provide great suggestions on excursions and dining opportunities. The property itself is very nice. The common space is quite large, comfortable and well-furnished given there are only four rooms. The games, the game table, the pool table all added to our enjoyment of the site. The property was very nice and large. One can relax on the deck, on the dock, in the hammock or one of several other spots in the yard. My wife is already planning a return trip with her sisters and we will be back again.

What a blessing to find this fabulous B&B! Gary was so welcoming, and Sandra made the most delicious breakfast. The Bay View Suite was up in the trees with windows all around it. The king size bed was very comfy, and the bathrobes were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the tandem kayak and outdoor gas fireplace. This place is a gem!

Excellent hospitality and yet they respected your privacy. The breakfast and table decor was 5 star. Food was excellent. Beautiful area outside to relax. Everything immaculately clean. We really enjoyed it and would like to return!!

What a treasure! We are so happy we chose Leech Lake Resort Bed & Breakfast for a night's stay. It was so much more than a place to stay...it was a 5-star experience where we felt at home with the wonderful hosts, and we left like we had made new friends by the time we left. If you are from outside the state and do not know yet where the term "Minnesota Nice" comes from, then you need to stay here to find out.

Beautiful locale and wonderful hosts! We stayed in the Bay View Suite (anniversary celebration) and had a magnificent view of the sunrise over the lake. The accommodations were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious. Gary and Sandra run a wonderful B&B!

Gary and Sandra are top quality Bed & Breakfast hosts. The lakeside accommodations are quite comfortable and home-like, the breakfasts are outstanding, and Gary in particular is an excellent conversationalist. Gary is quite knowledgeable about the area and his activity and restaurant recommendations were on point. Gary and Sandra are warm and welcoming and they truly love what they do. Love and passion permeate their work, making their place on Leech Lake a slice of paradise.

Such a wonderful time here this summer. Gary makes you feel so welcome and the breakfast meals are fantastic! We stayed for 10 days and used it as home base for exploring Itasca, Park Rapids, Walker, Bemidji, the Iron Range. Gary would sit down with us and give us his top five bike trails, the best restaurants in the area, anything we had questions about. Highly recommend this resort B&B unconditionally!

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The breakfasts were very filling and delicious and professionally presented (table cloth, linens, etc.). The location was quiet and on the lake making for a great outdoor space. Gary and Sandra were terrific hosts, friendly and accommodating, and so willing to make us feel right at home.

Amazing people and property!! The owners of the B&B Gary & Sandra were fantastic hosts. We rented the Bay View room - Wow what a view of the Lake. I would highly recommend this property as it exceeded our expectations.
